We worked with the best professionals – from the DPZ Europe studio, which was one of the first in the world to develop the concept of New Urbanism, through David Pace - the author of the American towns of Baldwin Park and Celebration, to Maciej Mycielski, the leader of sustainable urban planning in Poland.
The idea for the Town was created in 2007. We devoted over five years to refine the idea of Poland’s first sustainable city. The attention to detail has translated into the quality of the entire project.

Siewierz Jeziorna Town is being built on almost 130 hectares, in which 15,000 people will live in the future.
This area in Katowice Metropolitan Area is similar in size to Osiedle Tysiąclecia in Chorzów (180 ha) or Warsaw's Miasteczko Wilanów, comparable to the size of Kraków's Market Square and surrounding Planty, and five times larger than Katowice's Nikiszowiec.
